TO A GLASS OF GOOD WINE
we are a young, developing Moravian winery, located in the town Miroslav in the Znojmo wine region. We rely on traditional varieties from the historically most famous vineyard route in the wide area, the picturesque Weinperky, from whose terraces you can see all the way to the Pavlovské vrchy. Together with our second vineyard route U Vinohradu, we work on an area slightly larger than 47 ha. We are proud that our wines come from grapes of our own production. In 2016, we revived the production of wines under the Perk brand, and with the 2017 vintage we definitively entered the market with a new design and processing method.

SOUTH MORAVIA
WEINPERKY
it belongs to the best categories of wine routes in South Moravia. Most of our varieties come from this unique vineyard, which covers an area of almost 35 hectares. Our wines owe their taste to the southern orientation and to the carbonate chernozem with a gravel-like skeleton, which is located on the geological bedrock formed by granulotic clasts and amphibolites of the Czech Massif. Markův kopec (part of the national natural monument Miroslavská kopce – Miroslav Hills), which is located directly above the vineyards, testifies to the uniqueness of this location. The local conditions are particularly suitable for the Grüner Veltliner, Müller-Thurgau, Riesling and Welschriesling, Pinot Gris or Sauvignon blanc varieties.
U VINOHRADU
Our second vineyard is located in the northern part of the Miroslav Hills at an altitude of 300 m above sea level and covers an area of 12.5 ha. Thanks to its south-eastern orientation, with long exposure to the sun and rich mineral soil, the vineyard U Vinohradu has become an ideal place for our red wines Zweigelt, Dornfelder and white wines Riesling.

Great wine can only come from quality grapes which we get from well-tended soil. Our goal is to process our own grapes uniquely and to produce high-quality wine, which the exceptional raw material and the unique place deserve. We are fully aware that the journey to a quality wine begins with respect for nature. Cooperation with it has become an integral part of our daily work. Thanks to careful vineyard management practices, our vineyards have become a home to the critically endangered species of ground squirrel. That is why we received the trademark „SYSLI NA VINICI“ in 2018.

OUR WINES
they are light, with a rather fresh to a slightly fruity character with more spicy acidity and often with residual sugar. In our offer you also find interesting wines such as ROTGIPFLER, SYLVANER or KERNER. The year 2017 was a turning point for us, in the cellar we began to fully use the modern and practice-proven technology of controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The basic principle of this method is to maintain the temperature of the must during fermentation at the required temperature, which leads to a full release of aromatic substances. Wines produced in this way are characterized by a pure taste and aroma, with a more delicate and pronounced varietal character coming to the fore. We have also achieved success with our customers with harmonious wines of the CUVÉE type.
On the other hand, our red and white wines with significant potential are aged for 6 months in 225 l and 600 l oak barrels (from STOCKINGER and FRYZELKA manufacturers), thanks to which the desired flavor profile develops in the wine.
Although we have only recently entered the market, our wines have immediately gained local and international recognition and awards at wine shows and competitions. But the most important thing for us is the feedback from our customers who like to come back to us. It shows that we are doing our job well. It gives us ENERGY and JOY, which undoubtedly belongs to Moravian wines.
